Our Story
The Perry Grand Theater has a long history in downtown Perry. The original theater building dates back to the early 1900s when it operated as the Grand Opera House and served as a central entertainment venue for the community.
Over the decades the theater evolved through renovations and updates, eventually becoming a modern multi-screen cinema while maintaining its historic roots in the community.
Today’s Theater
Today the theater features:
- Three full-size movie screens
- Modern digital projection
- 7.1 surround sound
- Comfortable seating
The three auditoriums seat approximately:
- Theater 1 – 169 guests
- Theater 2 – 68 guests
- Theater 3 – 80 guests
